Executive Summary
The 3 July Marine Base project, completed in 2019 in Matrouh Governorate, Egypt, was developed for the Egyptian Navy. Featuring a 1,000-meter gravity block quay wall with a draught of 17.5 meters, the base utilized 2,000 tons of steel and supports an average daily rock supply of 15,000 tons. Spanning 1,100 hectares with an 80,000 square meter built-up area, the facility enhances naval operations.
